Damien PACCARD, Director of Finance and Administration (second from left)
Damien joined Tronics in 2002, following a variety of finance and administrative positions with Dell Computer and Deloitte & Touche. From 1996-2002, he was finance controller for Dell in Paris and European accounting manager at Dell's EMEA headquarters in Bracknell, U.K. Prior to that he served six years as a chartered accountant and senior auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Paris.

Ariel CAO, Director, Business Development North America
Ariel has more than 20 years of marketing and management experience in the MEMS and semiconductor industries. Prior to joining Tronics, he established and served as general manager of the U.S. entity of PHS MEMS. He also worked with MEMSCAP as executive vice president of marketing and general manager of its U.S. operations. Earlier in his career, Ariel worked as an IC designer, software developer and manager with several IC design groups at EXAR, Silicon Compilers, Sun Microsystems and Mentor Graphics.

Natacha RAPHOZ, Project Engineer (front)
Since 2001, Natacha's proactive skills have supported our MOEMS and BioMEMS collaborative development projects. At Tronics, she has effectively leveraged her solid physics and materials education in the U.K. and her experience at CEA-LETI, where she worked on MEMS above IC technologies.

Guilhem ALIBERT, Production Planning and Logistics Manager (left)
Guilhem joined Tronics in 2003 to reinforce the production team. His rigor and reliability are keys to effective production planning and precise customer deliveries. Before joining Tronics, he was manager of the micro-fabrication competency group at the CORNING European R&D centre.

Dr. Stéphane NICOLAS, Senior Engineer (right)
Stéphane joined Tronics in 2003. Applying his expertise and collaborative skills, he guides customer development projects from concept to manufacturing. He has more than 10 years of experience in advanced semiconductor processes. Stéphane previously worked as senior optical MEMS process engineer at the CORNING European R&D centre.

Vincent GAFF, Marketing and PR Manager (top)
Vincent joined Tronics in 1999 to lead our marketing and corporate communications activities. His proactivity and commitment have helped build our international projects and create awareness of our capabilities with key audiences. Vincent previously worked at CEA-LETI's marketing department, where he focused on MEMS sensor technology.

Bruno ARABIA, Production Manager (left)
Bruno joined Tronics in 1999 after 20 years of manufacturing-team management in the semiconductor industry. He started his career at Motorola Semiconductors in Toulouse in 1986 and then joined Silmag in 1992. Bruno has created an excellent team spirit and professional manufacturing methodologies in our clean rooms.

Philippe AZOLEY, Process Engineer (2nd from left)
Philippe is a talented engineer who started his career at Tronics in 2002 to develop and industrialize new processes. His precision and skills were key to establishing our FMEA methodologies. His work has lead to quality and reliability improvements for our technologies and yield enhancements for our products.

Francis COMPAGNON, Quality Manager (2nd from right)
Francis heads Tronics' quality activities. He joined our team in 2002, bringing with him 30 years of experience in semiconductor and electronic-contract manufacturing for defence and telecom applications. He previously held management positions in Sagem and SCI.

Jean-Marc GILET, Process and Supply Chain Manager (right)
Jean-Marc joined Tronics in 2002. Since then he has rigorously managed clean room and equipment investments, supply chains and processes. He was previously process team leader at STMicroelectronics working in major process development projects.

François GARDIEN, Project Engineer (left)
François has been in charge of electronic-interface and pressure-sensor development since January 2006. Previously, he worked in a medical engineering company developing microsystems that measure physiological signals during surgery. He studied electrical and computer engineering in Singapore (NUS) and France (INPG).
